Genetic Engineering

As a  change of pace, I thought I’d follow up to an earlier post by one of my comrades–couldn’t resist– regarding genetic engineering, here’s an interesting thought: genetically engineering (sleep genetic mutation) your children to be capable of sleeping less/working more.

I suppose this would make the infant-childhood years nightmarish for the parents, but it would give children an edge later on in life in that they could devote more time to studying or working hard, and less to sleep, without the adverse consequences of inadequate rest. It would be immensely helpful for the Bar Exam I would imagine…
