Perhaps not Surprising

is this ad and its allegations. I’m surprised the GOP doesn’t understand that Separation of Powers works regardless of political affiliation– see e.g. Sarah Palin’s disagreements with McCain as of late. But I guess it shouldn’t come as a surprise they are misstating the Constitution since they don’t understand what it says anyway, see e.g. Cheney in his entirety, or Sarah Palin’s comments that as VP she’ll be “president of the Senate.” Anyway, just thought it was their latest lame attempt at a scare tactic.
